NXP Semiconductors FXLS8971CF 3-Axis MEMS Accelerometer is designed for various industrial and medical IoT applications requiring excellent offset and sensitivity stability over temperature. The part supports low-power and high-performance operating modes, allowing maximum flexibility to meet the resolution and power needs of various unique use cases. Several advanced, integrated digital features enable designers to simplify host data collection and reduce the overall system power consumption.

NXP Semiconductors FXLS8971CF is available in a 3mm x 3mm x 1.25mm 12-pin QFN package with 0.65 mm pitch and wettable flanks. The device is qualified to industrial standards over the extended -40°C to 105°C temperature range. Combining system power-saving features, sensor performance, and extended over-temperature-range performance makes FXLS8971CF an ideal accelerometer for motion and position sensing/inclinometer applications in the IoT and industrial segments.
