Amphenol Piher TSDA Tilt Sensors

Amphenol Piher TSDA Tilt Sensors are dual-axis inclinometers based on MEMS technology. These sensors/inclinometers are reliable and precise sensors ideal for applications with fast response and high accuracy. The TSDA inclinometers based on mechanics-free gyroscope compensated MEMS Technology accurately measure inclination, tilt, and angle in harsh environmental conditions. These inclinometers measure angles up to 360° with an accuracy of <0.5° over the full temperature range. The TSDA inclinometers operate from 8V to 36V supply voltage range and 15mA to 45mA supply current range. Typical applications include lift platforms, autonomous vehicles, conveyor systems, tip-over protection, bucket/chassis/boom angle, weighing systems, wind turbines rotor angle, and solar trackers angle.
